Terms of service
The ground rules.
Last updated: 27 April 2026 · Effective: 1 May 2026
A short note before the legal stuff: we tried to write these in plain English. If anything is unclear, email us at legal@xora.in and we'll explain.
1. The agreement
By creating an account or using Xora, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Xora. We may update these Terms occasionally — material changes will be announced in-app at least 30 days before they take effect.
2. Who can use Xora
You must be at least 13 years old to use Xora. If you're under 18, you confirm a parent or legal guardian has consented to your use. We may refuse, suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if you breach these Terms.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting, you grant Xora a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, distribute and display that content as needed to run the service. This licence ends when you delete the content (or your account), except where it has already been shared with others.
4. What you can't do
Don't post illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit content involving minors, or content that infringes someone else's rights. Don't impersonate others, don't spam, don't run automated bots, and don't try to break or reverse-engineer the service. Violations can result in immediate account suspension.
5. Reporting
If you see content that violates these Terms, tap the three-dot menu and choose Report. We review reports daily. Repeated false reports may themselves be a Terms violation.
6. Intellectual property
Xora, the wordmark, the brand gradient and all related visual identity are trademarks of Xora Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You're welcome to mention us — just don't pretend to be us, and don't use our marks in a way that implies we endorse you.
7. Termination
You can stop using Xora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we're required to by law. We'll always try to give notice when we can.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Xora is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the service running smoothly, but we don't promise it will always be error-free or available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Xora.
9. Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi. If you're a consumer in another country, you may have additional local rights — those aren't affected by this clause.
